ELIGIBILITY

Swimmers should be 5-18 years of age.

Swimmers should have a basic foundation of swimming (e.g. formal swim lessons at a swim school) & be able to swim one length of a 25 meter pool unassisted.

If you are unsure if your child meets this requirement:

• Do NOT register your child for the team at this time.

• Complete the assessment request form below

• Wait for email confirmation of skill assessment date

• Attend evaluation with our coaches

During the skill assessment, our coaches will evaluate your swimmer and will determine if your child can safely participate on the team. Because we are not providing swim lessons, we will invite your swimmer to return next season if your swimmer needs a stronger foundation. We want your child to be a part of the team, but more importantly, we want your child to be safe.

You do NOT need to be a McCullough resident in order to participate. Non-resident families should be sponsored by a resident family & must complete this FORM prior to the first practice.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

Parents are REQUIRED to volunteer a minimum of 2 times during the 2025 swim season. Volunteer requirements can be met by volunteering on a committee, at a swim meet, pep rally or any other swim related event.

Failure to fulfill your required volunteer slots will result in swimmer's loss of participation for the 2025 Championship Meet.

McCullough Residents - $150/swimmer

Non-Residents - $175/swimmer

*A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all registrants.
